How ScoutLink represents youth players

ScoutLink is a football intelligence platform for U7 to U16 grassroots player evidence. Coaches, clubs, schools or approved programmes create player records using match facts, ratings, physical profile information and video evidence where permission is in place.

Who can see player informationAccess is role-based. Verified scouts and authorised platform users can only see information permitted by ScoutLink rules and account status.
How scouts are verifiedScout access is request-based and reviewed before access is granted. ScoutLink does not present scout access as open public browsing.
No direct adult-to-child recruitment messagingScoutLink workflows are designed to remain coach, club, school or guardian mediated.
Decision-support scoringCompatibility scores help compare evidence against role and team-fit criteria. They do not decide outcomes.

Permission and control

Coaches and organisations are responsible for making sure parent, guardian, club or school permissions are in place before uploading information about an under-18 player. ScoutLink may remove player data if permission is disputed or cannot be evidenced.
