How Stratex handles candidate data
This notice applies when you apply for a Stratex Analytics or ScoutLink role through the careers page.
Data we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, CV, role applied for, application reference, submission time and any interview or review notes created during the hiring process.
Why we use it
We use candidate data to review applications, communicate with applicants, schedule interviews, make recruitment decisions, maintain hiring records and protect the security of the hiring process.
Who can access it
Candidate data is restricted to relevant Stratex admin and hiring users. If no job-specific recipient is selected, application alerts fall back to richdhin@stratexanalytics.co.uk.
CV storage and protection
CVs are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket. Public users cannot list or download CV files. Authorised admins access CVs through short-lived signed links or secure server routes.
Retention
Unless a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons, unsuccessful candidate records should be reviewed and deleted or anonymised after a reasonable recruitment retention period.

You can request access, correction or deletion through the Privacy Request form or by emailing info@scoutlink.app.
